A good night's sleep

As I get older, there are more and more nights when sleep is challenging. Some nights I have trouble getting to sleep, other nights I wake in the wee hours and can't get back to sleep. I toss & turn constantly and, yes, I even wake myself with my own snoring. All this makes a good night of sleep like I had last night ever more valuable. So, this morning I woke thank
ful for the many nights of inconsistent sleep I've endured because they provide such a contrast to a night like last night. Sometimes you only appreciate what you have when it becomes less available. This morning there is fresh energy roaring through these old bones and I am so grateful. I hope you all stay healthy and sleep well.

Head to your Member’s Page
Search for the member you want to make a writer
Click on the member’s profile
Click the 3 dot icon ( ⠇) on the Follow button
Select Set as Writer
